Event: Snack Brand - Little League World Series Event

Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Brand Ambassadors for a series of snack and sports drink brand promo events at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. No direct experience required— must have a proactive attitude, enjoy engaging with people and can sustain a high level of energy while on feet during a long shift.

Staff isn't required to work all dates to be considered. We accept entry level applicants.

Rate: Estimated $1530.00 if all games worked ($20.00/hr)

Location: South Williamsport, PA

Dates:

Applicants can view and select dates/shifts based on availability prior to booking commitment

Wednesday, August 14th through Friday August 16th: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday, August 17th: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday, August 18th: 9:00am - 2:30pm

Monday, August 19th through Wednesday, August 21st: 12:00pm - 7:00pm

Thursday, August 22nd: 1:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday, August 24th: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday, August 25th: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Job Duties:

Collaborate effectively within a team to execute the brand promotion seamlessly

Distribute free snack samples to guests and athletes and assist with onsite team shop

Track, monitor and replenish product stock as needed

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the event area

General event support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus but not required

Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
