Job Description The Neuroscience Global Commercial Leader will be at the forefront of commercial strategy and execution for neuroscience products, with a particular focus on Pain, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Alzheimer's disease, and Narcolepsy. This role demands a visionary leader adept in commercialization, marketing, and steering global market leadership developing a shared vision for our company's Neuroscience portfolio externally and internally.Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the global commercial strategy for neuroscience products. The role includes responsibility on 3 active Product Development Teams (PDTs) and >10 early development programs.

Drive marketing initiatives, commercial assessment and launch readiness for neuroscience products, ensuring innovative and launch execution excellence.

Collaborate with regional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration executing on our Enterprise Go to Market (EGTM) goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups in the neuroscience field.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the commercial team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to marketing.

Education Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

12 + years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a 5+ years of experience in neuroscience.

Demonstrated success in leading global marketing campaigns and product launches.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across diverse teams.

Entrepreneurship: Understand key market dynamics and seize business opportunities. Proven track record of high-performance launches and driving business results.

Strategic Planning: Proven ability to analyze complex data and create clear long-term customer centric strategies

Change Catalyst: Challenging Status Quo, Leading change to achieve strategic priorities

Innovation: Demonstrate ability to leverage innovation to drive novel solutions with measurable value to customers, create a culture to encourage experimentation.

Influence: Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to all levels, including highest levels of senior leadership.

Networking and Partnerships: Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams including R&D and manufacturing, medical affairs, Outcomes Research and Access

Proven track record of successful leadership in global commercial operations.

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for neuroscience products.

People management experience either directly or indirectly

Additional Information:

The role will report to the Vice President and Global Commercial Leader, Infectious Disease & Neuroscience.

The candidate is expected to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid setting (i.e., 2 to 3 days per week in office).
