Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform expert buffing, polishing, and paint correction on various vehicles

✅ Maintain high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Properly handle and maintain tools, equipment, and detailing products

✅ Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion

✅ Take on leadership responsibilities, including shop operations, scheduling, inventory management, and customer interactions (as needed).

Qualifications:

️ Minimum 2 years of professional automotive buffing experience

️ Expertise in paint correction, polishing, and detailing products

️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier results

️ Leadership skills or interest in stepping into a managerial role

️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
