Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our in-house production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running multi-head machines (Tajima preferred), a sharp eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership for quality output.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima experience a plus)

- Load digitized designs, hoop garments, and ensure proper tension and registration

- Perform setup, color changes, and thread adjustments

- Inspect finished goods for quality and accuracy

- Troubleshoot and fix thread breaks, tension issues, or machine errors

- Maintain clean, organized work area and daily production logs

Requirements

- 2+ years commercial embroidery experience (multi-head machines preferred)

- Strong technical understanding of embroidery processes

- Comfortable using digitizing software and machine interface

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
