Let's try something different today. I'm going to let you pick your own pay rate. After all, i don't know you or what you're worth. But you know you and you know what you're worth, right?

I’m going to tell you about my company and about what i’m looking for. If you think you're a good fit and you'd be interested in working with me, i’d like you to respond by telling me about yourself and then tell me what you’d like to be paid. Anything you can tell me about your skill set that helps justify your wage couldn’t hurt either. ;)

After that i’m going to pick a few people from those that respond and i’m going to offer them a job at the rate they requested. Simple, right? Let's get started.

We like to say that StoneCraft is “a small group of craftsmen practicing the art of custom masonry”. And our stated goal is to “create one-of-a-kind works of stone & mortar that defy replication”. What that all means to me is that we are not your typical masonry company. We take on high skill, finish masonry projects and we sell our work as being the best around. Our catalog of work includes custom stonework, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, chimney repairs, stone walling, stone re-pointing, stucco, stamped concrete, flagstone, stone veneer, flashing systems, stove installs, hardscaping, and all manner of restorations.

“Yep, i can do that", you say? Great! Here's what we are looking for:

A thinker: Someone who can puzzle their way through complex and unfamiliar challenges.

Pride in one's own work.

Skilled hands, skilled mind. Sharp & hardworking.

Reliability and Trust are incredibly important to me. I am not interested in working with someone i cannot count on to show up on time every day.

Focus and clarity are required. The use of hard drugs inhibits this and is unwelcome here.
