Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Everett, Washington, Seattle, Washington, Berkeley, Missouri, Hazelwood, Missouri, St. Charles, Missouri, Huntsville, Alabama, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Mesa, Arizona .Position Responsibilities:

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements

Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

Leads cross-functional process management activities

Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

Prepares customer specific, charts and reports for procurement agents and management to support analysis and management of procurement elements (e.g., supplier cost, delivery, quality)

Supports Procurement Agents in the completion of procurement transactions as determined by assigned management

Enters data, extracts data and performs limited updates of databases for procurement agents, management and other customers to ensure data integrity and timeliness

Works with cross functional SME's to ensure integrity of data is met as well as makes updates/recommendations as necessary to help maintain team's data with accuracy

Collects, organizes, edits and provides data from various computer systems and databases to procurement agents and management in order to effectively evaluate processes and performance within the procurement cycle

Participates in supplier part shortage meetings to report out to BDS program leadership on status

Manages team distribution lists and organization charts updating regularly

Ability to put together executive level presentations depicting supplier negotiation status, timelines, strategies in a visually attractive way

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

More than 5 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database management.

More than 5 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.

More than 5 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.

More than 5 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

More than 5 years of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

More than 3 years of experience with project management.

More than 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
