We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing team immediately. We are seeking a savvy, creative, and strategic individual who is passionate about social media and has a knack for engaging audiences.

This position is fully remote, with daily interactions through Slack or Zoom, from 9 am to 3 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for our HVAC/Plumbing clients.

Create and schedule engaging content in Canva Pro and across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social media trends and leverage them for maximum impact.

Engage with online communities to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Analyze and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the HVAC or Plumbing industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
