Family Law Paralegal

Description We are in search of a skilled Family Law Paralegal to join our client's law firm in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. The primary function of this role is to support our team in a variety of tasks related to family law, including case management, client communication, and document processing. This is a short term contract employment opportunity within the legal industry.Responsibilities Utilize family law software to manage and track case details. Handle litigation documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office to create, edit, and manage documents. Efficiently manage the calendar for case-related appointments and deadlines. Perform briefing tasks as required, ensuring all necessary information is accurately presented. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries. Use Aderant, CompuLaw, and other case management software to streamline processes. Administer claims as necessary, adhering to all relevant regulations. Ensure accurate and efficient billing functions. Proo all documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.Requirements Proficiency in Aderant software Mastery of Adobe Acrobat for document handling Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) Experience with Case Management Software for efficient case handling Proficiency in the use of CompuLaw Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively Experience in Briefing for case preparation Skill in Calendar Management to organize and schedule appointments Ability to administer claims effectively Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients and team members Extensive knowledge and experience in Family Law Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
