Field Safety Coordinator

Aaron Enterprises is a specialty underground construction company located in York Pennsylvania.

Established in 1976, Aaron Enterprises, Inc. has focused on trenchless solutions for the utility industry. As a specialty contractor/subcontractor practicing the various disciplines of trenchless technology, we have established a reputation for getting the job done.

Most of the work performed is for the natural gas, sewer, water, and electrical industries. Working areas are Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Michigan.

We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Coordinator to join our TEAM This role ensures a safe construction environment by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments and site inspections, providing safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and other standards.

New Hire Onboarding /Orientation

Qualified candidates must have

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related field.

3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in Construction Safety Management or safety related roles.

Ability to travel to construction job sites within the region up to 95% of the time

Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards, particularly Part 1926 for Construction) as well as local and state regulations

and workplace safety best practices.
