Field Service Coordinator

Are you interest in a career in facilitating product field service in a growing manufacturing environment?Oakworks is growing and seeking to add a new exceptional and experienced Field Service Coordinator to our team in order to aide our customers through product repairs. This is your opportunity to utilize your mechanical/technical aptitude to diagnose product issues via phone and email, responding with a positive and professional attitude, and then dispatching parts and field service technicians to improve the overall customer experience. Use your broad range of previous experience, coupled with hands-on training that you will receive at Oakworks, to provide feedback and suggestions for change to our tables and accessories that will result in a better product offering for our customers. You will interact with people with a wide range of technical/mechanical backgrounds, from new customers to Biomed experts working within healthcare systems.
