Job Title: Final PackagingJob DescriptionThis position involves two key roles: twisting and cabling, and final packaging. In the twisting and cabling role, you will handle spools of wire, running them through a respooler to create new wires with multiple cables. This task requires monitoring multiple operations simultaneously, following a Master Sheet for product schedules, and adhering to a Process Sheet for precise operational guidelines. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and proficient time management as you will transition between stations to manage spools and document results using a computer. The final packaging role focuses on repacking bulk spools of wire into smaller units as per customer specifications. This includes positioning large spools, monitoring product lines, and engaging in tasks such as stacking products and box-making. Both roles necessitate close attention to detail and computer skills for documentation.Hard Skills

The facility specializes in copper cable/wire manufacturing. Safety is a priority, requiring safety-toed footwear at all times. The dress code must be adhered to, and it is important to note that the role involves 12-hour shifts with a structured break system. This schedule alternates weekly between four nights off and three nights off, offering a balanced work-life rhythm.
