Provide assistance to families and other staff in using the Online Family Application, including account setup, answering queries, information entry, and document uploading. Input all application and ERSEA information into the data system for all children. Verify the eligibility of children and families, ensuring all family documentation is accurate and comprehensive. Maintain program inquiry tracking through database or other tracking reports. Actively participate in assigned meetings, events, and training as required. Aid in the financial document handling during the application process. Utilize your Financial Counseling skills to help with the financial documents during the application process.
