Job Title: Flux Core WelderJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled Flux Core Welder with a strong understanding of Jig work. The role requires proficiency in MIG/Flux welding. Candidates must pass a weld test due to the precision needed in our operations—parts cannot leak, thus spot welding experience is not applicable. Experience in cutting parts and metals is highly desirable. As part of a small machine shop team, candidates are expected to perform their own prep work.Hard Skills

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a first shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM. Fridays are dedicated to overtime, which is mandatory when available. The work setting is a small machine shop where teamwork and a good attitude are essential.
