THE POSITIONAre you searching for an opportunity where you can utilize your analytical and attention to detail skills? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Human Resource Analyst 1 in the Systems and Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with coordinating agency FMLA and modified duty programs. If you are an enthusiastic and hard-working individual ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Human Resource Analyst 1, you will serve as one of seven agency FMLA coordinators and have sole responsibility for the administration of the FMLA program for assigned areas. This position also serves as an agency coordinator for other leave programs including additional sick family leave, leave donation program, military leave program, and the non-work-related modified duty program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to review and process FMLA requests for the agency in addition to processing payroll each week. Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, once the chain of command confirms they are/have been adequately trained to do so. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth title); or

One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth titles); or

One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor’s degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
