Lead coverage of breaking/developing news stories both editorially and logistically for both the newsroom and field crewsResearch, coordinate & implement coverage of news storiesAbility to quickly assess what is needed on coverage of breaking storiesAbility to find & book experts and community members to appear on-airCollaborate with the website, social media, and streaming teamInitiate & maintain communication with affiliates & NBC Network counterpartsConsistently monitor and break news through social media platforms and toolsThis shift will start as an overnight weekend position, along with several weekday shifts.This is not a staff position.
