Education and Experience »
  • Experience with React architecture and development.
  • Experience writing scalable CSS, with familiarity in architecture and methodologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • JavaScript (ES6, React, Redux).
  • CSS.
  • HTML.
  • Responsive design.
  • Source control tools (Git, GitHub).
  • Building and solving for accessibility standard.
  • Responsive design.
  • In depth knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript libraries.
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer)/background in design.
  • Strong grasp of web accessibility standards.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate well with other teams.
  • A self-starter, with a can do attitude.
  • Able to sweat the small stuff.
  • Entertainment (X1, Flex, and Stream).
  • Voice (Voice on entertainment and mobile products).
  • Hardware.
  • Digital Home (xFi and SmartHome).
  • All Digital (Web and Marketing).
  • Design Systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Focused on infrastructure, component libraries, experiential websites, and tooling.
  • Coordinated collection of guidelines, assets, process, and code that together describe the experience layer of all Xfinity digital products.
  • Translates brand guidelines to digital-experience guidelines, providing product-level detail that brand guidelines do not address.
  • Catalog of solved problems, an actionable library of solutions for common interface needs. XDS provides an interface platform for each vertical, built on a global design foundation.
  • Mainly focused on contributing to experiential marketing sites to ensure design and animation expectations are met.
  • Assist in building tools to help drive consistency and use of the design system.
  • Working cross-functionally with both design and engineering partners.
