Position: Frontend Developer

Location: West Chester, PA

Required Skills Set: Angular JS, React JS , NodeJS, JavaScript, AWS, .NET, SQL Server

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science

Years of Experience: 5 to 15 Years

Job Description:

Minimum 5 years of development experience in Angular JS / React JS , NodeJS.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Good knowledge on React functional components, hooks, higher order components,context etc.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / Javascript / Webpack / Bootstrap.
Must have experience with SQL and database schema design.
Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 would be valuable.
Expertise in Agile and CI/CD would be beneficial.
Hands on experience on JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, front-end languages, cross-browser compatible testing
Hands on experience in Unit Test, Jasmine Karma and TDD (Test Driven Development)
In depth knowledge of design and developing responsive UI

Responsibilities:

Creating and enhancing new projects in .Net/Angular/React technologies along with writing Database logic in SQL Server.
Design and develop code which meets all the quality, performance and security guidelines of the product and ensures existing features do not regress.
Unit test the code thoroughly, using automated unit testing tools.
Document the changes made legibly and exhaustively.
Collaborate with Product Owners to groom the User Stories and chunk down the stories for better Sprint planning.
Collaborate and guide other engineers to design web pages, database objects etc., do code reviews and brainstorm solutions.
Participate in agile development process, techniques, and technology.
Collaborate within a project team to optimize performance of complex software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Collaborate with QA team to coordinate testing strategies and implementation.
Collaborate with cloud operations, customer support, quality assurance and others, as needed.
