Fullstack JavaScript Developer (W2)

CEI’s Fortune 30 Client in Media and Telecommunications is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to add to their team. This candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web-based Java applications to support business requirements. They will follow approved life cycle methodologies, create design documents, and perform program coding and testing Job at a glance:

• Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
• Pay rate ranges from $45- $55/hr W2 + optional benefits (flexible based on experience)
• Hybrid based in Philadelphia, PA

• Project is related to their management system, and working with an app that manages subscriptions
• Most work is front end in DevOps, but this person needs to be full stack as there will be some back end
• Be able to communicate well and be available for team members in different time zones
• Involved in deploying their own code, this person needs to be a developer first
• Perform unit and system testing of application code as well as execution of implementation activities
• Perform design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution

• Minimum of 5 years of experience and a degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Front End development, DevOps, and Unit testing experience required
• Experienced with Java, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, CI/CD, GitHub, Jira, Docker, and Ansible
• Experienced working in Agile Methodology or Scrum
• Any cloud experience (ex AWS) is preferred
