We’re looking for an Assembly to work in Concordville PA. Earn up to $16/hr. in a fast-paced, fun environment, for one of our clients who is Responsible to assemble parts in a manual, hand-assembly environment, and in a semi-automated assembly department.

This is a temp-to-hire position – converted to a full-time employee after 520 hours of work!

Pay Rate: Earn up to $16/hr.

Available Shift Times:

6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

2:30 pm – 11:00pm (Monday – Friday)

9:30 pm - 6:00 am (Sunday night - Thursday night)

Key Responsibilities:

Able to accurately produce parts by operating all manual work benches and all semi-automated assembly machines to achieve a minimum productivity rate of 80%.

Perform set-up activities, if trained and as required, on all manual work benches and semi-automated assembly machines.

Enter data into the business software as required to complete the assembly job. As required, use the core system to perform Quantum checks, confirmations, order materials and submit a maintenance request in Frontline.

Key Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

At least 18 years old

Available for overtime

Willing to learn new skills and processes.

Can contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment

Able to maintain excellent attendance.

Can speak, write, and read English fluently.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to use hand tools and small power tools.

Prior manufacturing experience, and familiarity with hand tools.

Must be able to complete a Drug Test and Background check.
