General Maintainance

Kohl Property LLC , a family owned student rental company is seeking, a Full or Part time maintenance worker to help maintain 46 rental units. Duties include, repairing plumbing, electrical, light construction , landscaping (mowing, trimming, weeding and snow removal. Employee must live within 10 miles of downtown State College and be willing to be on-call and respond to after hours emergency tenant requests, 3-4 days a week. Must have own vehicle (mileage re-reimbursed) for use during working hours. Compensation is $25/hr with overtime pay possible.
