Role : Cloud Engineer with Genesys

Location : Malvern, PA (Day 1 Onsite)

Position : Contract

Description:

Core Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge.
  • With the retirement of Verint and Avaya at the end of 2022, this hire will help us onboard remaining IIG users to utilize Genesys call recordings to remain Client compliant.

Qualifications
  • Min of 3 years’ experience working on Genesys Cloud.
  • Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external .Services- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs.
  • Contact center experience.
  • Telephony knowledge.
