• We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge

• Min of 3 years
• Experience working on Genesys Cloud
• Experience with Python
• Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external Services
• Troubleshooting environment/ API / JSON
• Contact center experience.
• Telephony knowledge regarding Python experience added.
• We are okay with a solid fundamental level of experience. Do not have to be an expert. If not, the candidate should have programmed in Java or C+.
