Genesys Developer MUST be onsite in Malvern PA

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge.
With the retirement of Verint and Avaya at the end of 2022, this hire will help us onboard remaining IIG users to utilize Genesys call recordings to remain FINRA compliant.

Qualifications• Min of 3 years’ experience working on Genesys Cloud.• Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external .Services- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs.• Contact center experience.• Telephony knowledge.

Experience with python, AWS, coding best practices and SRE is a plus.
