GIS Programmer Analyst with State Client in Philadelphia PA

Work activities: Support the GIS Project Manager kickoff, bi-weekly, and closeout meetings. Communicate with GIS Project Manager, City of Philadelphia staff, and consultants Develop and deploy a web-based GIS traffic calming request system using an agile framework Prepare final administrative and user documentation. Skills/experience of the assigned staff: Required Experience with ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, and Web-based mapping, such as Web App Builder and ArGIS Instant Apps Experience GIS data analysis Experience GIS application development Experience with ESRI Portal and ArcGIS Server Experience with building ETL Processes and using Model Builder Experience preparing system documentation. Highly Desired/Preferred Experience with traffic management and associated data Experience with City of Philadelphia GIS resources Experience with Cityworks AMS
