This position will support the ongoing expansion of our international hubs in partnership with site level HR leadership and the Technology & Operations HRBP team. The Global Talent Senior Advisor will play a pivotal role in executing our global talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our global operations. You will collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to implement innovative talent solutions that align with our organizational goals and drive business success via our international hubs. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and international HR practices.Responsibilities:

Partner with key leaders, both domestically and internationally, to develop and implement a comprehensive global operating model that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and facilitates seamless international operations.

Work closely with various departments and their HR partners to ensure the global operating model integrates effectively across all business units.

Implement a continuous improvement framework to regularly assess and refine the global operating model based on feedback and performance data.

Partner with HRBPs and select business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for international hubs.

Support transition of HR work from launch to BAU – supporting programmatic exercises tied to the transition of talent acquisition, compensation, talent management and other key initiatives.

Serve as connector between international HR teams and US HRBPs to ensure continuity of efforts and aligned approach

Lead the design and development of organizational structures that support our global growth and business objectives.

Provide organizational design support to HRBPs as they work through ongoing demand planning with business leaders

Create organizational charts, and other key materials to support HRBPs in demand planning process and organizational design work

Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for structure improvements and alignment with business goals.

Ensure/manage consistency across the entire ecosystem – drive consistency and awareness across the various SLT plans – includes artifact creation, communication of status, and ongoing connections across HRBPs

Lead the HR components of needed change management in partnership with program office change manager

Lead HR components of international hub related change initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and needed training programs to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance

Leverage data to help inform HR decisions tied to growth of international hubs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and operation of new international offices.

Partner with talent strategy lead to ensure clarity of international hub talent strategy and connection back to Technology / Operations talent strategy

Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Serve as a key point of contact for Tech / Ops international hub HR-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance to leadership and team members.

Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and experience in managing a diverse, global workforce.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience

10+ years of relevant experience, working in global captive environment

Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives with global talent centers

Strong background in global talent strategy, organizational development, and change management.

Previous experience, minimum of 8 years, in a program management or HRBP type role

Successful experience operating in a matrixed environment in a large company.

Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
