Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Be a subject matter expert in design (ideation, industry trends, typography, etc.)
• Collaborate in the development, evolution, and implementation of the brand
• Think creatively and design holistic experiences across all touchpoints for a project - initial concepts
• Create luxury brand typographic logos
• Ideate creative solutions for communities and campaigns including patterns, color palettes, initial tactic development
• Design solutions for large individual projects
• Be curious and question to find the best solution
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients and direction of art directors
• Partner with the UX team and evangelize user experience design throughout the company with a focus to push digital
• Be empathetic and always advocate for the user
• Welcome feedback to hone skills and improve design
• Understand project requirements, ideas, and direction

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience within an in-house design team or agency environment.
• 3+ years experience
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Microsoft Office; Experience with Sketch preferred
• You possess a passion for design, typography, and for growing skills through continuing education
• You have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
• You have an enthusiastic attitude and a proactive contributor
• You are a strong, flexible, creative thinker with vision that contributes to fostering a collaborative culture with fellow marketing professionals and work with that team to brainstorm, strategize, and concept creative solutions
