Grill cook wanted for Taco Stand

Popular and innovative taco stand seeks experienced grill cook with

strong knife skills and knowledge of temperatures , who is comfortable working with a variety of meats, vegetables chilies and legumes and whom aspires to be part of a team .

We are an innovative -but still authentically Mexican based -taco stand , located in the West Shore Farmers Market ( days only no nights, ) looking to make an immediate hire.

A working knowledge of Mexican cuisine and at least a few words of Spanish in your vocabulary would be helpful .
