Grounds/Maintenance Specialist/Landscaping

2 temporary/full-time positions with Brian's Grass Cutting, Landscaping & Snow Removal from present - 12/1/2024.Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assisting with sprinkler installation, and installation of Versa-Lok wall units. Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of other workers.Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.Employer provides without charge all tools, supplies, and equipment (incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to perform duties assigned.JOB LOCATION:3219 Kane Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001, and multiple worksites within Beaver and Allegheny counties.Employer provides transport between job sites, from the shop address. ALL employees must report to the shop address to clock in and out, and to leave with the crew to job sites.WAGE INFORMATION:The wage rate is no less than $15.00 per Hour or based on experience level.Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at the employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard work schedule is from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Employer will offer 40 hours per week. The employer may offer more than/or less the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
