Handyman Wanted

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated handyman (or contractor) to help us get a home in Oil City, PA ready to hit the market!Scope of Work Includes:

1. General HVAC maintenance & tune-up

2. Patch/paint ceiling in kitchen

3. Install or replace simple bathroom vanity

4. General bathroom cleaning (if needed)

5. Ceiling fan review & possible installation

6. Interior paint touch-ups

7. Yard cleanup: bush removal, lawn mowing, light landscaping

8. Final sweep/cleanup for showings

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

- Someone who can keep things functional, safe, and visually appealing—not looking for a full remodel!

- Able to walk the property and offer any additional value-add suggestions.

- Willing to provide an estimate with labor + materials, a timeline, and availability.

Licensed and insured.

- Clear payment terms (deposit, progress payments, etc.).
