Hardware Store: Sales and Inventory Associate

We are looking for a hands-on Sales and Inventory Associate for our store (Miller ACE Hardware on Brownsville Road).

This role has 3 primary objectives (in order of importance);

1. Deliver excellent customer service

2. Contribute to keeping the store in clean and presentable shape, including and maintaining attractive inventory displays.

3. Keep track and report inventory by doing counts of product and working with staff to ensure we have product.

Experience (beneficial to application) :

- Previous experience in warehouse or retail settings.

- Familiarity with a P.O.S. systems or inventory management systems.

- Experience working with tools, hardware, plumbing/electrical fittings, or product areas within the store.

- BIG PLUS: If you have worked in a previous hardware store.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
