Required Skills:

•5 Years of Advanced IT support and troubleshooting experience•2 Years of Experience managing subscription-based software (ex: Adobe, Microsoft Office 365).•5 Years of Advanced knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile devices; makes/models.•2 Years of Familiarization with computer refresh and lifecycle processes: ordering, installation, de-installation, asset tagging, inventory management, disposal•Computer hardware solutioning experience•Assisting customers with defining computer hardware needs and configuration options in a desktop and mobile device support environment.•2 Years of Intermediate Excel skills – linking documents, structuring data tracking with database architecture best practice basics, creating pivot tables.•Assist with the generation of hardware and software quotations. •To assist in the generation of hardware quotations, possess a familiarity with desktop computer technologies, infrastructure and peripherals that would be used both locally (off network) and throughout the Enterprise. Assist in the management of all agency hardware and subscription-based software assets.•Ensuring that assets are properly assigned, tracked, reassigned and/or disposed of. •Information will be tracked and managed using IT Service Management (ITSM) software Service Now. •Assist in the management and distribution of hardware systems and subscription-based software license assignment throughout the agency. •Assist in the management of equipment decommission and disposal locally and coordinate those same activities for regional sites. •Create reports for surplus and equipment refresh/life cycle planning. Familiarity with hardware and software asset management, System Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) and the Service Now application preferred. •Assist with the creation of documented processes and procedures for Asset Management as well as other assigned responsibilities. Position will also provide backup support to the Tier 2 support team. Tier 2 responsibilities include PC deployments, software installations, system troubleshooting and remediation, other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
