Help Desk

Role: Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. It's a combination of Help Desk Support and PC Maintenance. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience working in a PC Support environment- Must have strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, and End-User PC support experience- Familiar with PC hardware in a break-fix environment and local area networking concepts- Self-Starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability.
