Position Title: Help Desk Analyst I

Reports To: Manager Application Security and IT Support

Department: Corporate Information Technology

Job Summary: This job position primarily involves computer deployment and imaging, as well as working on Help Desk tickets as assigned by the Lead Help Desk Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new computer deployment
  • Responsible for creation of assigned application accounts
  • Responsible for computer logistics: shipping/returns/tracking
  • Responsible for upgrading computers based on age/model/etc as assigned
  • Responsible for handling Help Desk tickets as assigned by the Lead Help Desk Analyst
  • Responsible for termination of user accounts and associated application accounts
  • Projects - as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environment/tools (AD, Office, Windows, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of computer and application/software troubleshooting
  • Experience with computer imaging procedures
  • Good communication skills (telephone, email, in person)
Minimum 1 year Help Desk experience
