Help Desk Analyst

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in TREVOSE, Pennsylvania. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, maintaining and configuring systems, and assisting with the migration of data. The individual will also be involved in the development and implementation of IT projects within our Windows-based environment. Responsibilities: Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving help desk queries, ensuring efficient and effective resolution. Maintain and configure Firewall's, PC, and Application software as per business needs. Handle the migration from Google to Microsoft Office 365, ensuring seamless transition. Provide support for SAP Business One, our ERP solution, for optimal business operations. Ensure secure and efficient internet access, eliminating the need for VPN. Conduct laptop imaging using PowerShell script to build up Windows laptops from scratch. Assist in the creation of a data pipeline out of SAP for reporting tools. Participate in the development and execution of IT projects to support business growth. Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and other related technologies. Employ skills in Configuration Management and Deployments to ensure optimal system performance. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development. Profound knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies. Understanding and experience with Citrix Technologies. Ability to work with Database systems. Familiarity with EO/IR systems. Proficiency in using Active Directory. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices. Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware. Experience with Configuration Management. Ability to handle Deployments effectively.
