Hiring a Carpenter/Builder- Building Cabins/ Sheds

Hiring a worker to build cabins and sheds.

-Part time or full time.

-Paid weekly or per Job.

-Have transportation and set of tools. (a huge plus but not necessary is a truck w towing capacity and power tools/ nail guns/generator.)

-Big plus if you have experience in framing/ metal roofs. Another big plus if you know how to do concrete posts or pouring slabs/concrete blocks. Another plus if you know how to do siding. Another plus if you can do interior finish/trim carpentry- wood flooring- wall paneling- ship lap/tongue and groove- tile floors

-Paid training for two weeks to see how reliable candidate is/ skill set/ ability to learn and work well with others then $20.00-$25.00 an hr after or paid per job. Again there is a huge difference between an 18 year old with no experience/tools vs a 30 year old with tools and big portfolio.

- Incentive program that If you stick with the company for 6 months-a year we will build you your own cabin.

-Room for growth into a project manager position

-If you do the basics right you can make six figures within a 1-2 years. Basics include, good communication, showing up, do the simple things you are asked- shooting to codes and nail/fastener patterns- this is first and foremost over

-Flexible scheduling.- Full or Part Time

-Must be able to pass a background checked.

-Open to employee or contractor depending on experience etc.
