Hiring a Videographer/ Editor/ Sound Guy Hybrid

-Perfect job for film students/younger generation - but open to anyone.

-Open to someone who has experience or willing to learn.

-Looking for someone very hungry and ambitious/ enthusiastic- loves film/internet/storytelling and wants to get really good.

-Someone reliable and on time.

-Someone who knows composition, also can operate a camera hand held/run and gun. Take direction.

-Big plus if you have own gear. I shoot on Sony Alpha A7iii w GM lens/ iPhones as well- big pro if you have Sony Alpha camera.

-ANOTHER HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE Construction EXPERIENCE/ Interested in BUILDING.

Work will be

-Docu-style bios/profiles on subjects/businesses. - will eventually do short films/full length

-Have a few documentaries/docu series working on now

-Filming shows and comedy as well.

-Filming construction builds will be a major focus.

Pay will be.

depending on experience. Anywhere from minimum wage to get started- 20/25 hr. The beginning 2 weeks- 1 month I will be seeing if you are on time and reliable. Then up to 20-25 an hour. ALSO OPEN TO CONTRACT PAY STRUCTURE This depends a lot on the experience people are bringing to the table. Again there is a huge difference between an 18 yr old w no gear experience or work vs a 35 year old w gear big portfolio and knows what the hell they are doing. I would love to see some of your work- but the right candidate can absolutely be trained.
