Hiring Part Time Box Office/Security Positions

Spirit Lodge and Hall, a 2 level multi-event space/music venue/restaurant and bar in Lawrenceville, is looking for experienced box office and security staff to join the team. Multiple speeds a must We have events ranging from hip-hop to punk shows, art shows, political events, to weddings and regular bar nights.

Box office responsibilities may include but is not limited to:

- Welcoming guests

- Being knowledgeable about the evening’s event(s)

- Collecting money for covers

- Scanning in tickets or checking in will call list

- Tracking capacity of venue

Security responsibilities may include but is not limited to:

- Escort customers from property if necessary

- Clear venue of customers after 2am

- Able to de-escalate situations that may arise

- Assisting and catching crowd surfers

- Back patio and bus cleaning

- Assist in moving furniture

- End of night cleaning/break down

Qualifications:

- Minimum two year experience in bar, venue, and/or nightclub preferred- but not required.

- Excellent communication skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- MUST be available most weekends 6PM - 3AM
