House cleaner (longterm): independent contractor(s)

Every 3-4 wk detailed clean needed for 3 bdrm, 2 bath home. Takes 2 gals 3 hrs or 1 gal 6 hrs to complete meticulously. 1 of 2 residents has dust allergy w symptoms reduced by detailed cleaning. Schedule: any day of week with 2p start time. Great personality, strength, dexterity, endurance, ability to follow directions, background check clearance, photo drivers license, own transportation, & successful interview required. Bonding & insurance a plus. Confidentiality & Hold Harmless agreements must be signed. Cleaning products will be supplied. If asked, current outdoor contractors will share opinion of work environment & employer during interview. Respond via CL email if interested.
