Position Responsibilities:

IPS is hiring! We are looking for a talented

HR Business Partner to join our team at our headquarters located in

Blue Bell, PA. The HR Business Partner will manage all aspects of the Human Resources function for multiple Divisions. They will develop and maintain Human Resources strategies, procedures, and programs linked to business strategies in accordance with corporate guidelines. In addition, they should maintain a positive employee relations environment to ensure satisfied and highly productive employees.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads Employee Development Process, including but not limited to, setting personal goals, measuring results, assessing performance, identifying training requirements, and building individual development plans
  • Proactively assesses, monitors and addresses employee issues and concerns. Provides expert and confidential HR counsel to many levels (i.e. hourly, supervisory, managerial) in the organization
  • Works closely with TA to execute recruitment, selection, and interview strategies for hourly and salary personnel
  • Follows through employee orientation and training for new hires accordingly to company policy
  • Facilitates Performance Review Process, Merit Increases, and Job Evaluations
  • Maintains HR documentation and statistical information
  • Analyzes statistical data and reports on all aspects of employment activity to identify causes of personnel problems
  • Develops and recommends solutions and improvements as needed in employment policies, processes, and practices
  • Conducts exit interviews and prepares separation notices
  • Assists with the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs (i.e. Annual Open Enrollment; Workers’ Compensation, etc.)
  • Assists with investigations, any violations of EEO Laws, and represents the company accordingly
  • Works with the CHRO to work within the HR Budget
  • Responsible for facilitating training
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS /WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience working as an HR Generalist or related HR role in a large dynamic environment (EAP industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to mentor and lead others
  • Self-motivated, capable decision-maker with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities with a commitment to personnel training, development, and career planning
  • Proficiency with computer software applications, including: Microsoft Office Suite and prior HRIS (specifically Ascentis) experience is preferred
  • Ability to read legal and financial documents, references in case law investigations, labor laws, rules and federal laws
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, in books, manuals, legal documents, and regulatory employment guidelines
  • Highly motivated team player able to work at a fast pace

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY

  • This position will be based in Blue Bell, PA with 20% travel required to the other regions across the Americas
  • Will work in office environments, may attend meetings on and off site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes
