The HR Generalist partners effectively with leaders and associates at our community by:Serving as a point-of-contact for associates and managers for guidance on Human Resource mattersPrepares new hire on-boarding process once employees are on-site at the community.Prepares and conducts new hire orientation.Processes paperwork for functional area according to established proceduresResponsible for completing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department.
