HR Recruiter

Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous HR Recruiter to be a part of our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be focusing on full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This includes developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with external partners, maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and coordinating the interview process. Responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies that effectively cover all positions within the company. Establish relationships with external partners such as schools, trade centers, and professional organizations to widen our talent pool. Identify and utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, external opportunities, and employee referral bonus programs. Manage applicants effectively through the onboarding process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
