Description We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Human Resources Assistant, the role involves assisting with Human Resource-related tasks and projects, primarily focusing on an internal Human Resources file audit. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include: Assist with an internal audit of Human Resource employee files. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of both electronic and hard copy employee files. Update and maintain employee files for compliance purposes. Verifying the presence and accuracy of new-hire documents and training records in the files. Confirm that all compliance records are on file and appropriately dated. Utilizing a checklist to ensure compliance of all items. Perform scanning, copying, and uploading of documents as required. Create new hire personnel files, both manual and digital. Undertake additional related tasks and projects as requested. Utilize various skills, including customer service, auditing, and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, ATS, Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a must. Familiarity with HRMS and ADP Workforce Now required. Demonstrated experience with ADP - Financial Services. Proven knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Ceridian experience will be a plus. Proficiency in About Time software is essential. Auditing skills are required. Experience in conducting Background Checks necessary. Knowledge of Benefit Functions is a must.
