Primary Skills: Business Analysis

Role Description: The

Human Resources Business Analyst-I must have at least 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Support weekly mass loads into PeopleSoft for setup and employee data. - Work with HRIS and IT teams on validating data flowing from Workday back to PeopleSoft. - Support building requirements for full system to system compares. - Document and coordinated the resolution of defects. - Support data conversion team on migrating from Peoplesoft to Workday. Extracting files and validating load reports.

Must Have Skills (Most Important): - Minimum 3 years of experience - Must have Workday configuration and analysis experience. - Ability to analyze data between PeopleSoft and Workday - Ability to create excel upload data files - Ability to create and load EIBs for Transaction catch up

Desired Skills: - Knowledge of Workday data structures - Self-starter able to work independently with limited direction. - Solve problems and deliver solutions while maintaining communication across interested parties. - Be able to gather requirements, prioritize issues across complex business processes, troubleshoot, identify solutions, work with IT to resolve issues, arrange testing plans, and manage releases. - SQL knowledge required, JIRA and STAT are a plus

Education: College Graduate/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
