Name of position: Identify Access Management Location: Philadelphia PAJob description

• OCF and the Office of Innovation and Technology Public Safety unit are interested in exploring the possibility of developing and implementing a comprehensive Identity Access Management Strategy, that would provide the two entities a framework of business processes, policies, and technologies that facilitates the management of electronic or digital identities.
• Said framework would need to be architect ed for current and future considerations of access management such as providing the ability to implement single sign-on systems, multi factor authentication, FIDO2/WebAuthn standards for password less authentication, Federated Identity, a registers gateway for self-provisioning tasks,, privileged access management; provide the ability to securely store identity and profile data; and put in place data governance structures to ensure that only data that is necessary and relevant is shared. All this while ensuring that we are compliant with regulatory frameworks governing the social services and public safety industries.
• The Offices are seeking support in the process of developing a plan for implementation, documenting current and future state business and technical requirements, and providing advice in the process of selecting an optimum software.
