Your role will be pivotal in delivering premium coatings solutions, including high-performance specialty coatings, industrial flooring, and line striping. Responsibilities:

Serve customers professionally, upholding our standards.

Assist in jobsite preparation, equipment setup, surface preparation, coating installation,

Follow safety plans and scopes of work for successful outcomes.

Required Skills:

Proficiency with power and hand tools.

Experience operating mechanical equipment.

Ability to work on scaffolding and lift equipment.

Qualifications:

Approximately 3 years of construction trades experience

Valid Driver's License

Personal Means of Transportation

Reside within 20 miles of Landisville, PA

High School Diploma.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive starting pay of $20-$30+ per hour depending on experience, translating to an annual salary of $41,600.00 to $62,400.00+. And that's just the beginning! Our commitment to your success means that top talent at Penncoat Inc. can earn as much as $60.00+ per hour with double-time holiday rate.
