Our client in Philadelphia is looking for an Information Security Architect to join their team. This is a hybrid, permanent role by way of contract-to-hire with on-site work required 3 days per week.Position Description:- Listen to users, interact, and adjust with your audience
- Looking at what is being built, from a security angle, to identify what needs to be turned on/turned off/removed
- Information Security Architecture
- Documentation is extremely critical in this role - you are writing the blueprints.
- Lead the design meetings in an outgoing while maintaining a personable approach with users.
Required Skills:- Progression of IT experience (starting in support, infrastructure/network, or development)
- Ability to think further than security - think of infrastructure, how the users are affected, Wi-Fi, PKIs, etc.
- 4+ years in Information Security Engineering
- Experience with one of the following during their time as a Security Engineer (does not need to be ALL, just one. You do not need to have cloud experience yet for this role)
- Implementing or configuring EDR, MDR, Crowdstrike, CarbonBlack, Tanium, or DLP (Data Loss Protection) protection/monitoring anything out of the normal
- helping move to the Cloud - must have done the cloud migration from a security perspective (Azure here, but could be AWS or Google Cloud, Google Cloud Platform)
- Implementing security from user accounts (2FA, multifactor, etc.)
- Implementing Identify access management systems or controls
- Implementing ITAM, ISIM, ISAM (ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing tracking devices)
- Very advanced Network implementation (NAC, microsegmentation)
- Documentation experience will be key
