Infrastructure IT Manager ( O365 / Active Directory / Networking / Windows / VMware )

Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year depending on experience. We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to lead a small team and perform a range of network, systems, and user management tasks. You will work within our growing IT organization, supporting internal customers and helping to improve our IT systems. Key responsibilities include managing IT staff, reporting project statuses to the Director of IT, and completing project-oriented work. You will maintain the infrastructure that supports our business operations, including hardware, networks, operating systems, applications, and telecommunications. You will also support physical and virtual servers and backups across multiple locations, and provide support for our LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Switch, AP, Router, and VoIP Phone System. To be successful in this role, you should have a BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, and at least 5 years of experience working in the Information Technology field, with some sort of leadership experience. You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, and Office 365, as well as MS Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows security permissions, Citrix XenApp Server, and Vmware/VSphere. You should also have TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, Ubiquiti Networks, Routing knowledge and troubleshooting skills. In addition, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, technical acuity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Minimal travel to other locations in the area may be required. Experience in SQL Database Administration, cybersecurity and Barracuda Spam filter knowledge, and Electronic Data Interface (EDI) is a plus.
