Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year depending on experience.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure that supports our business operations. You will manage IT staff, report project statuses to the Director of IT, and complete project-oriented work. You will also be responsible for supporting physical and virtual servers and backups across multiple locations, and providing support for our LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Switch, AP, Router, and VoIP Phone System. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT staff and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to support the business operations.
  • Maintain the infrastructure that supports our business operations, including hardware, networks, operating systems, applications, and telecommunications.
  • Support physical and virtual servers and backups across multiple locations, and provide support for our LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Switch, AP, Router, and VoIP Phone System.
  • Report project statuses to the Director of IT and complete project-oriented work.
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the Information Technology field, with some sort of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, and Office 365, as well as MS Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows security permissions, Citrix XenApp Server, and Vmware/VSphere.
  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, Ubiquiti Networks, and Routing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, technical acuity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities.
