Aligning ourselves with the growth fields of electrification, automation and digitalization, we support customer investments with financing and leasing solutions for equipment, project and structured financing, and corporate lending solutions. Our financial and industry know-how creates customer value and enhances customer competitiveness while building trust in new technologies and facilitating their market launch.You will be responsible for handling all aspects of several centralized programs from relationship management to processing transactions. In addition, you will be responsible to manage relationships for key manufacturer programs and coordinate information to distribute to the Middle Market team. You will also support Middle Market and Program sales team during PTO/travel and take part in exciting projects to improve process and efficiency in support of Siemens Financial Services growth.We are looking for Inside Sales Representative to be located in the Malvern, PA office. At Siemens, we work in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:

Process both mid ticket and flow/app only transactions from prescreen to funding

Prescreen customer financial applications for submission/credit review; communicate credit decisions to vendors/customers

Follow up with the customers for signed documents

Maintain close communication with cross functional teams to ensure transactions are streamlined and processed timely

Coordinate with vendors and operations to level set expectation for funding

Proficient in the capabilities of the Partner Portal and drive usage with vendor partners

Update rate cards on a monthly/biweekly basis to distribute to vendor partners

Manage accounts relationships and continuously find ways to improve and grow account

Relationship management role for larger manufacturer accounts, i.e. complete account plan, create program toolkit to distribute to sales team, create marketing materials etc.

Requirements are:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of leasing/equipment finance experience preferred

Background in vendor programs, preferably experience in industrial equipment, transportation, packaging and/or construction; in small ticket and/or middle market programs

Proficient in reviewing financial statements, leasing documents and requirements

Knowledge of leasing documents and requirements

Operate with a sense of urgency yet attentive to details; ability to prioritize and juggle multiple transactions and responsibilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Experience with lease pricing software such as Supertrump

The pay range for this position is $71,900 - $122,040 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
