RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a global manufacturing company located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a IoT Software Developer. This role is an integral part of an innovate team tasked with supporting a digital transformation and system modernization project. The IoT Software Developer will support the design, development, testing and implementation of process control systems.
Duties Include: The IoT Software Developer will support and contribute to the digital transformation of the business Understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities in conjunction with the operations teams The IoT Software Developer will work with advanced analytics, realize concepts from research, and develop Machine Learning models for forecasting and set parametersREQUIREMENTS: Software Engineer/Developer with minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing in Java, C, C#, Visual Studio, R, and/or Python; Comfortable with both Linux and Windows environments Development experience on PTC Thingworx IoT platform plus Experience with Tableau a plus Experience with SQL and Oracle a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
